• Drop Buries - Many times when we leave a job the subscriber can't even tell we were there.  Quality starts with training.  Our techs are taught to survey the job site completely before they even unload their machines.  We spot sprinklers, dog fences, and phone lines before they are cut.  With well maintained vibrating plows, we put wire in the ground neatly and the turf heals in days.  Our hand-dig crew are able to complete the most difficult jobs and protect expensive landscaping.
    
•  Directional Boring - Many drop bury contractors lack the ability to properly bore under driveways and other obstructions.  We utilize a fully controllable directional boring machine.  Rod pushers and other machines lack control and steering and are much more likely to create liability problems by damaging subscriber driveways or roadways.  Our equipment is also available to clients to run main lines under roads during plant extension project
    
• Real-time Dispatching - We track all of our work in real-time.  Your customer service reps can contact our dispatching office to learn the status of jobs at any time.  We can interface with your existing work order system to close jobs directly or we can create custom electronic reports for automated importing to your system.
    
• Troubleshooting and Repair - No matter how careful a contractor is, no one can see underground.  We respond to subscriber complaints promptly and fix any damaged materials properly.
    
• Quality Control - All new techs are QCed 100% until they consistently pass on every job.  By catching problems early, we dramatically reduce complaints.  Even our most experienced and trusted techs are subject to ongoing random quality control inspections.
